Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (fallen order sequel)

Moldy Depths:
Another side mission in Koboh, you MUST enter the cave with a Nekko, if you do not then you simply cannot escape once in there as there is a platform of height that only a Nekko jump allows you to reach.

I call them Chocobos. :D

The most annoying thing for me is some of the jumps / wall runs where the camera can’t decide what to do so you double back on yourself / leap into the abyss / can’t see where you’re meant to go.

Just done the desert bits with Merrin in Jedha, Now got some of her skills too which are pretty cool. 21 hours of play time - Those wormhole sections were mighty annoying at times too...

I am liking my cosmetics for BD-1, blaster and sabre now too. Found the "Solar" set for BD hidden away somewhere:

How to beat the frog without the tedious faff:

Yeah did this myself. Another easier way is to go into the game settings and change difficulty to easy or story… because life is too short to spend an hour or more trying to figure out the move set of a boss, only to finally beat him and get a pink poncho. ;)

I’ve got it on easy and can’t beat that thing! It’s the tongue instakill move that gets me.

Thanks for the tip @mrk, will definitely use it tomorrow.

I tried it out and ran an RTSS benchmark on and off

Sadly no real difference so not actually sure this mod to the config file is actually being read by the game as it's supposed to on other UE4 games.

Even down to the 1% lows there's no difference that can't be attributed to run variations.

When it flashes red double jump towards it to avoid its unblockable attacks. It also works well against the tongue move. If you have the force light sabre skill for single blades to do a force power attack after a jump, use it. That one move is one of the best anti boss attacks in the game.

Some of the dialogue between characters like Bode and NPCs are very funny, and overall the voice acting and facial animations are like something out of a full on movie or TV production. That side of things is A+ which is nice to see :D

I heard an Imperial droid shout out "you didn't have to take his arm off!" when I sliced up another droid too.

Cal doing his best Freddie Mercury impression, Bode is not amused:

Favourite stance? The Crossguard is my #1 so far:

Also, Holographic Battles are the best side game ever lol, I ended up spending maybe an hour beating the first lot ogoponents and not wanting to come back later if they beat me in a wave :o
- Compared to Gwent in Witcher 3, this is a breath of fresh air!

So annoyed with this game in that if you don't do things a certain way you are basically stuck and cannot progress and simply must reload the last save by exiting to the main menu (the only way).

Alignment Control area when you go down the lift platform in Koboh:
YFor me the trigger does not happen and the enemies do not enter through the currently locked doorway. I youtubed it and for others that doorway is a trigger point which openes it up and you battle them, yet for me I must have missed doing something before entering that area and now the trigger never happens. It's not a main objective area so won't break progress, but it is a side mission that I can now no longer do for whatever reason

Those are the immediate two off the top of my head so bound to be others.

There was a Nekko in there when I went in, just took me a while to find as he runs away from the fight. Maybe they patched it.

I want Hot Toys to make a Cal and BD-1 figure.

Beat the Spawn of Oggodo. It didn’t quite work as in the video above as I used too much force power and it took ages to get the second hammer guy down there. Still they took about half its health and I did the rest.

Finished the story side, Crossguard was my favourite stance apart from when running with it.

I'd say it's an alright game, I'm personally not a fan of the platforming side of it but have to put up with it to play a new fancy Star Wars game. Another thing that got on my nerves was the traveling between planets, just seemed to take a long time, maybe I'm just not patient enough.

Merrin's accent though, top notch!
