**Star Wars Outlaws Open World Star Wars game from Massive Entertainment**

Gonna uninstall it now and leave it uninstalled. Later in the game this is more common:

Imagine going from 105fps to that frequently when outside lol.

This still happens on the latest patch. It happens to me out in the open world when traversing on the bike - it's like traversal stutter but on steroids. As soon as I stop the bike the lag stops

My boy loves star wars, wanted this since release, we've got it for him for Christmas, Ive been a bad dad and paid no interest in the game, see it pop upon oc new posts, and I'm now slightly concerned he's gonna play it for 5 minutes then leave it alone, hes 8 so a fair bit out the age rating, but it's star wars how bad can it be?

It's brilliant.

Probably the worst Starwars game ever.

No one is forcing them to release it on Steam. Hopefully they are told to get lost and Ubisoft rage quit Steam.

I think I was bored one night and thought I'd give this a go. I managed to get a cheap key deal, installed it, played about 20 minutes and haven't gone back to it.
I don't remember it being horrible just it's not good enough to drag me back.. especially now I have Stalker and Blops 6

As he's 8...

Bad Santa.gif

Surprised if it holds his interest, the intro might get his imagination going but it's overcomplicatedly grindy with way too much different vendors.

Lego Star wars saga I's free on Epic next week I think.

Jedi survivor games will be more captivating but there'll be limbs falling about unless you can turn that off.

He's got all the other games. Will see how he gets on.

Boy played it, got quite into it actually.... And then the bugs hit..

It now seems impossible to open any door or hidden case regardless whether you get the pattern right or not.

At this point the game was left he's tried returning but issue persists, he's actually quite upset he can't play it, but he's no interest in replaying up to where he's got to.

Actually really disappointing

I was going to pick this up as it seems pretty cheap now (<£20) and was hoping that the bugs had been ironed out....reading the comments it would appear not :p

I see a lot of crying from Unisoft about how bad it's doing and that it's unfair, but tbh it's their own fault, to have bugs in the game making it unplayable and expecting people to have to restart the game from the very beginning in the vein hope it won't bug out again, it's just frankly not good enough and they deserve it to be a flop.

Even with all the bugs I'm still curious enough to want to buy this game, maybe because I've really enjoyed the Jedi games and I'm hoping some of the magic has rubbed off.......once it hit's £10-15 I'll bite.

A game I'm definitely wanting to play as a general star wars fan, but got enough games in the backlog for me not to rush out and pay full price, also need to upgrade the pc I plan to play it on first (haven't finished Jedi Survivor due to poor performance)!

Could sub for a month to play it? Worst case you hate it but you can play the other stuff on offer.

I keep being tempted by Gamepass/ea play/ubisoft whatever etc due to the potential value, but I tend to dip in and out of games/often play that consistantly, so not sure I'd actually get good value out of it unless I went out of my way to just try and blast my way through it, which I also don't think I'd enjoy as much!

Unfortunately it's also impossible to brute force through the game
