Like this particular use of cortosis, they exist in the pre-Disney legends novels, so not made up for the show..

Seems like it. Which would also explain the shape of his scar not being a straight cut.

I hope it's not 1+1 = 2 but given the rest of the show green wooden Jedi has fought him before.

I hope they just wind this mYsTeRy up on 7 and 8 because this won't be renewed and having something major hanging at the end of a season is such an annoying risk.

As naff as this is it should be allowed to finish.
