^ yeah playing guitar is fully stimulating like TikTok but it’s on the other end of the spectrum (maximum ‘in the moment’, connecting with something ‘in reality’).
It’s those middle ground, slow-build and passive forms of entertainment that are a struggle to invest in.
Heck, I’m not sure these days whether more people play video games… or watch other people play them (for the extra layer of social commentary / stimulation)!
