Ring them up with your name, address, CDKey and email address handy. They'll change the email for you there and then.
 
Does an addon like questhelper tell you what quests to do in that area too, even if you have not yet picked up the quest ??

No, the way you do it, is that you pick up whatever quests you can whenever you see them available. Questhelper will automatically retune itself to find the quickest path from whatever quests are in your log, so if you add a quest, it will rethink and calculate a new path.

The only issue I have found with it so far is that it sometimes makes you do harder quests earlier because they are closer. But overall it is solid, it shows exactly where the mobs are on the map and what you have to kill/collect.
 
Basically QuestHelper tells you where to go for each quest (the exact location), and it tells you the quickest way to do your quests that you have for that area to minimize the time spent levelling. It's a great addon, makes levelling 10 times easier I found.
 
Apparently there is a brand spanking new server called "Blade's Edge" Opening tonight, might be worth starting on that?

There will be no transfers on to it, to its the 1st "fresh" server in over 12 months I think!

Yeah thats hapopening to me ATM.
After an 8 months break new server and back to alliance ( played >2yrs ago and pre TBC) its good fun.
