I've heard that they have a technique akin to being whacked with a teaspoon if you stand upright.

The thing they stick up your Japseye looks like a little brush and yes it hurts. :o

Have been for an MOT - you might as well have the whole caboodle tested for if you are going to make the trip.

Depending on where you go and what tests you want results from, you can get some of them back on the day... thrush (which mine ended up being :rolleyes:) and some others. HIV and hepatitis you have to wait 2wks for results.

I thought chlamydia tests was one of the ones they did when they insert a swab up your one-eye? ;) not a water test?

I wouldn't know... I am a girl after all and its the same (more or less) procedure as what they do for smear tests on us.

Feel better for going though for sure :) if only for piece of mind and finding out that I am a hyperchrondriac thinking it was something other than thrush :p

I got a test for a laugh once, basically the nurse took some blood and stuck swab down my japs eye.
Felt like someone had opened an umbrella inside it, painful.
