Rare in places like Harvester/pubs etc, wavering between blue and rare if I'm cooking it at home.
Are the folk who don't like rare meat the same people who don't like (or won't try) sushi?
No. I'll try anything, but sushi wasn't my cup of tea.

Bleu isn't the proper way, and 9 out of 10 the people i cooked bleu steak for were trying to show off in front of their mates/girlfriend and didnt finish it.

You need that flavour of cooked meat to complement the bloody flesh.
Medium Rare. It's the only way![]()

Nothing like a really very hot griddle to get a nice texture and flavour on the outside of the piece of meet... oooh and when the fat gets nice and crunchy too - lovely! Right that's it, I'm popping by the butcher's tonight.
, and well done/cremated is too dry and most of the taste has disappeared
Never heard of blue so its not a fail.
But if you want post a pic yourself of what blue looks like. Im curious.

Was a few years ago though - things have changed
Actually I'm surprised that more people here in the UK don't like it cremated!
