Steam Summer Sale 2011

Seems I had Chaos Theory and Splinter Cell from a while back. Not bothered about picking up Conviction or Double Agent, but what are peoples thoughts on the Insurgency DLC for Chaos Theory? £1.69?

Thinking of buying it. It's just under a tenner on G2play but can't be added to steam :( how does hat website work, ie where do you download the game from?

I had get a copy of the disc myself, I wasn't too bothered that it didn't work on steam as it doesn't have steam cloud anyway.

g2play I have ordered from around 6 times, each time has been great and received the keys within 5-10mins (used some rewards points to reduce my dirt3:D).

There is loads of steam versions on the bay, can pick one up for under 14quid.

That doesn't sound very legit...

Sounds completely dodgy. You have to pirate a copy of the game you've bought in order to play it?

Naff that for a bunch of monkeys. The price that low makes me a bit concerned. I'd rather not risk my GFWL account.

Original Retail CD Key: This product might show ideal for gamers with the original CD/DVD of the game but there CD-KEY was banned, stolen etc.

Well when you buy a piece of software your paying for the CD KEY anyway right? or am I wrong?

Grey area :)

I have been using their keys for over 2 years on my main steam account no problems..

Universe Sandbox is great for themoney- download the demo first though

the moon/earth simulation is eye opening - it really brings to home how FAR away the moon really is

You don't buy the game files just the licence so as long as you own a licence you could get the game from anywhere legally couldn't you? As long as you didn't seed back a torrent or something.

Would have preferred DiRT 3 to be a little cheaper, but bought it nonetheless. Was thinking of getting Conviction for just under £5 seeing as I was going to get it for exactly £5 in HMV. Might still get it on disc, though, so I don't have to wait for the download/waste 10GB usage... :o

Can anyone confirm if I have any chance for a refund..I saw Red Alert 3 for £3.00 and thought what the hey and went through and quick purchased, little did I realise the price was actually £14.99 :(

Pic attached, how can they advertise top sellers, great price £3.00 then pwn me like that lol..

How could you fail to see the £14.99 price...

As it would have showed you the £14.99 price about 3 times before you need to press confirm payment..
