Steam Summer Sale 2016 set for 23rd June for two weeks

I don't know if it's just that I am getting older but I've been sat looking at the sale for that last couple of days and I am just not compelled by anything at all. Most games these days I have look at and just don't get excited by them.
I blame most of it on getting older
I just don't have the interest or able to keep being interested like I did when I was younger :(

( Am 46 now  )

Sale?? I bought Insurgency for mere 80p on Steam couple of weeks back. After a discount they're selling it at £3.29 right now!!!

Think it might be time for me to finally pick up Enslaved on PC as well, haven't played it since the my first time on the Xbox 360 years ago.

I'm playing it now. Great game, any links/recommendations for a sweetest profile?

So far got the valve collection to play through half life got just casue 3 Metro collection and red faction collection also 3D mark as I wanted that for testing out my PC systems.

If you like Oblivion and Skyrim, then Kingdoms of Amalur is definitely worth it. It beats those two. The combat I loved. But I guess if you've played Witcher III, which I haven't, it might not be as good to you.

Now, I'm going to be honest because I've only played the Kingdoms of Amalur demo on ps3 so don't really have that much experience with it but in no way whatsoever was it better then Skyrim. It just seemed like a basic, run of the mill, linear rpg much like the original Dragons Dogma.

I'm not the biggest Skyrim fanboy with only about 500 or so hours in it but what you typed really triggered me,sorry :o

Kingdoms of Amalur is dirt average imo. The combat is pretty good but the story and quests are so repetitive. It's the perfect example of the I'd rather have a 10 hour well designed game than 160 hours of fetch quests.

so true, too many quests for the sake of it. i tried to play it a few years after release and thought the same, and it looks terrible too

Only thing that's taken my interest so far is Vermintide. I still have it installed from the free weekend, so it's a case of pay and play.
