Downward and Exoplanet: First Contact, the first because it crashes on the second chapter a known issue and something to do with the latest Nvidia drivers, the second because it was so rubbish.

Need a new game. Almost got fallout 4 but then saw the awful facial graphics. No comparison to modded skyrim which is a shame. Shadow of mordor has mixed reviews same missions over and over. Think witcher 3 has ruined gaming for me!!

I suppose I just expected better. AAA title but worse graphics than skyrim (although modded). As I say, spoiled by witcher. Fallout has had mixed reviews anyway

Just finshed witcher 3,in time for the summer sales. Games i'm considering to pick up are Stellaris, Rocket league (Don't understand why they changed the name from super sonic acrobatic rocket powered battle cars, far more descriptive

) or potentially Nier.
Any other game that is worth checking out, I'll play anything apart from horrors and some sports titles?
Also I need to pick up a controller. Are Xbox controllers still the ones to get or do playstation controllers work well?

Was Resident Evil 7 any good? I loved 1, 2 and 3, but then lost track of them really. Probably would struggle to play them now, but 7 looks different (being FPS) to give it a shot?

STILL BE AS big a fan if you were playing on xbox one? i prefer playing games on pc, but my pc is at work and xbox one is at home, and i would have more fun playing this at home with others watching

i use a xbox one gamepad, so other than Graphics no different...

Highly tempted to get Total War Warhammer and all the DLC for it. I've been a fan of the Total War series for nearly 13 years but the last game in the series that I liked was Total War Shogun 2. Rome 2 and Atilla sucked big time. I'm just a bit worried that Warhammer will be bad as well.

I'm a long time fan too and Warhammer is very good, but I've just not played it that much, but that's more to do with me rather than the game!

Cool. Thanks. I think I'll probably get it and just see how it goes. Worst case scenario I get 10 or 15 hours of fun out of it. Might even make some YouTube videos on it if it is good.

Ended up getting Rocket League, Day of Infamy, Wolfenstein: The New Order and Goat Simulator in addition to Mafia 3 and Planet Coaster. Decided against Fallout 4 in the end, I just don't think I'll play it after a couple of hours because that's pretty much as far as I could be bothered to go in Fallout 3 - maybe I'm just weird.

Had a go on Mafia 3 for a few hours this morning and I've been happy with it so far (love the music as well) just a shame I'm not able to play it (or the other games) until next Saturday now.

Went for the Hitman series and Skyrim SE (welcome to 2011?). I did have Skyrim on PS3 and played 'an amount', but it probably wasn't scratching the surface from what I understand so I fancy giving it a proper go.

Used the PayPal offer to get £5 off so not bad for the money I feel.

After not getting much in the last few sales surprisingly there are a few bits that i'm interested in getting in this one.

Is Watchdogs 2 worth it for £22? All the stuff about visual downgrades and boring story put me off getting the original Watchdogs game, is this one any better?

Same thing for Mafia 3 or is it still riddled with bugs?

Thanks for reminding me about Watchdogs 2. I heard that the second one corrected all the problems of the first one
