Steam Summer Sale 2017 - 22nd June

Only all the time! :)

Fantastic game in solo and even better in co-op. Plenty of folk here play it and would be more than happy to shoot things with you! :)

I ended up buying it. Glad I did as well, because it's superb. I'm actually suprised I missed it the first time around.

So ended up spending a little money on;

Steam Link, for £11.99 can't really go wrong.
NieR Automata
Metro Redux, never that keen on these games but the new one looks awesome.
Quantum Break
Soma
Star Wars, The Force Unleashed 1&2.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

I'm tempted to pick up the FO4 expansions but they're only a measly 40% off. Are there any must-have mods that rely on them? Is it essential to have them nowadays? Otherwise I'll hold off for another sale and a better deal I think.

From what I understand as long as the controller connects to your PC it's all good! :)

ahh ok so if i was playing at my tv i would connect my xbox one controller to the Xbox wireless adapter on my pc as usual? and not connect to the steam link with the controller itself? tempted for £11.99

Was only asking because i've got one of the early Xbox one controllers that doesn't have bluetooth, so might have to plug my adapter in.
Ordered one anyway, delivery was more than i thought lol

Give it a miss until it`s around £5.00 mark. You are not getting much for your money and with FO4 for a tenner makes the expansion look like a rip off.

Got AoE II HD for ~£3.70. Been playing with my cousin online amongst others in 4v4. Great fun and a massive bargain.

Missing one badge the beach sticker and stupid steam rules blocking me from trading as I have to reset the authenticator :/

Yep, same. Two weeks for changing my password!

Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Just picked up Return to Castle Wolfenstien myself - below is a link to a patch that allows you to play it at your native resolution. Currently enjoying it as 3440x1440 and it looks great.

if you remove authentication from steam it locks you out for 14 days. to stop a attempted person selling all your digital items or trading it to themselves
Which is just an excessive time, I removed it as changed phones etc so had no choice and I put it back on now I'm restricted for doing the right thing well done steam

i agree it seems a long time, i would assume they choose it on the average of steam users login times.? unsure a week would make more sense

It's just valve being there usual at being awkward for customers most likely, not like there known for good customer service.

Anyway bought metro 2033 today as I want to give the franchise a proper go
