Still Wakes The Deep (June 18th, UE5)

Managed to get Xbox PC month pass for £7.50. It was better than 'Everybodys gone to the rapture' but i'm glad i didn't pay more than £7.50 for it, what a crap ending.
 
This is without doubt one of the most frustrating games* I've ever had the misfortune to spend so much time on.

I am now watching someone else finish it on youtube.

Because the insta deaths are grating and feel very like QTE moments which are boring and frustrating in equal measure. It's a beautiful game with some shockingly good swearing but that doesn't overcome the annoyances. For what it is worth, I did watch the end of the game on youtube and welp, I'm probably glad I called it a day when I did.

The ending was garbage I thought. Disappointing for me overall
 
Finally got round to playing the DLC and it's got the same sort of spook as the main game, sense of isolation etc. The rope phyiscs are rather cool!
