I ordered both around midday and havent recieved any shipping emails :(
 
Gibbo said last night there was a problem with the online ordering system which was letting people order even though there was no stock.

He's tried to honour those orders as best he can, but as far as I know what is on the site in those sections now should be available. ie the problem should be fixed?
 
n3x, the best way to find out what's going on with your order is to ring them, that's what I do...

I ordered a GTX yesterday lunchtime, and by 16:30 I hadn't received a dispatch confirmation so I gave them a call and was told I'd missed the boat and my order was in the process of being cancelled. I guess that means you've probably missed out too unfortunately...

After the call, I went back on and ordered a 7800GT from the clearance section which fortunately has worked out great!
 
last time i tried to phone them it took me 2 days to get through!

It seems they've improved that now but its too late, i would have ordered some other bits if i'd been told my order was cancelled but they're gone now anyways so i'll just wait and see...

tbh ive never had so much trouble spending money as i have with overclockers.
 
okie, just got off the fone with OcUK, both of my orders have been cancelled. The GTX at 12.30 and 2xGTs for my mate around 6.30 :( cant say Im happy with the service, specially after seeing others got upgraded..oh well..im little bit **** but whatever, knew Im not that lucky nway :rolleyes:

order confirmation means nothing, I got confirmation for boths orders and money pending as well but still got cancelled. not even email saying its been cancelled:S

Still no email, I'm getting worried now, surely if someone that ordered one just before me had an email 2 hrs ago then I should have heard something? The suspense is killing me here, gibbo please put me out of my misery!

give them a call, the guy picked up my call like instantly :eek:
 
Its a shame OCuk have no account system which allows you to see your orders/past orders and ammend current orders if not past a certain stage. *sigh*
