no cash has gone from my hsbc mastercard, got 2 confirmations of orders for the 2 monitors i ordered, but no shipping ones, an no cancellation ones yet, im a bit worried

If you have a problem with there tech staff, ring them and complain, the forum isn't supposed to be for whineing about service, or complaints of how they practice business, tbh I'm surprised they haven't locked this thread yet.

As for me selling you the 7800GTX for £93, If I did that I would be a complete idiot.

If I hadn't recieved a card, and had a refund and someone else had recieved one instead, I would be a bit gutted but I wouldn't moan about it.

Anyhoo I'm not going to post in this thread anymore, I'm going to relax and enjoy the rest of my weekend.

PS: For those who missed Gibbo's post he has said that if you ordered a 7800GTX, even tho they couldnt give u a replacement card they would try and sort you out with a discount on your next purchase, I think this is on page 10.

I have a feeling that Monday is going to be a bit "emotional" on this thread.

B Grade stuff too, so just getting the item may not be the end of the story if you are unfortunate. Not dissing ocuk, you buy B grade its a fact of life some people will have issues, the rest will have got a bargain.

Still as long as no one has bought any MSI gear all will be ok. ;)

No the forum isn't for "whining", but if a store employee comes to the forum to promote goods its kind of asking for it if an error like this happens, wouldn't you agree?

Just my humble opinion anyway, what do I know. :)

nah, GTX was ordered around 12.30pm on Friday then I saw the GTs deal in the afternoon, a quick fone to mate then he told me to buy 2 for him quick before its sold out so another order was put in around 6.30pm. both got cancelled nway :S

btw, which card did u order m8? :D you seem to be the lucky one, are u?:p

precisely, if an employee come's on the forum promoting good's or such things, why when we complain or moan do we get totally jumped on. It all seem's a bit unfair to me, and no this thread won't be locked that would put a bad image on ocuk now wouldnt it ;)

I ordered a OCUK 6800GT last night, does anyone know whether the site is workng correctly or whether it's still broke, i.e. whats the chances of receiving this card?
 
This is in shambles.. Im still at base 1 with my order, no futher updates and i ordered on Friday at 4.30pm..:(

I feel so sorry for those people who ordered 7800gt's but didn't get upgraded.

When i ordered my bits on thursday night i wasnt told that i wasnt getting 2 things, had to phone up to get the other bits sent out.

I didnt get any confirmation of the refund of £60 odd quid, although was told it had been done, so i doubt you will get any confirmation that a refunds been done.

Yeah you're not told if you're being refunded, you're only contacted if they're upgrading what you purchased (you get shipping confirmation). I was refunded for my 7800GT depite ordering before 9pm, I guess they didn't have enough to go round.

You had to phone up to get the rest of the order out?, i would have thought the other items would have been sent out anyway?

You'l notice Gibbo said earlier in this thread that they completatly lost the webconnection between the site and the offices.



As for all the refunds and stuff, I've had order revieved, order accepted and order shipped mails, but no money has come out of my account yet, guess I wil lfind out tomorrow morning :)

I think some of you should stop moaning that the situation still ahsn't been resolved, its a weekend and Gibbo even came in on saturday morning when he didn't have to, personally i think he deserves the rest.
Come monday things will get sorted.
