Well, 3S isn't the focal game any more so of course it's going to be a lot less exciting with SSFIV as the leading game.

The HDR and GG games were by far the best of the show.

+1 to that. 3s imo should remain the top tourny game , its 'nothing is safe' play style makes for some great matches.

i enjoyed the evo. i was especially impressed with gamerbee and vangief. especially vangief's ability to combo and standing 720 ultra. i am also quite amazing by gamerbee's adon, i think he read very well and apply great pressure whoever he plays

I don't really know 3S, but it looks to me like whoever manages to cancel a poke into a super the most/best wins.

thats what 3s is all about. because nothing is safe, this is the best and safest way to do big damage.

Intelligence counts for a lot more in 3S (spotting patterns, prediction, mind games), compared to herp derp fadc Ultra in SFIV.

I've signed onto PS3 today after what feels like months! Is anyone up for tourny mode later? We only need 4 ppl, there is me and I can probably get a mate to sign on so 2 spaces available! Don't all post at once...

ggs yesterday ravl. i am glad everyone is learning new characters to make it more interesting.

i noticed unlike your dhalsim, you dont anti air much with juri (but neither do i with bison). i looks like its going to take some time for you to get used to her.

but one question, why didnt you use the non custom combo ultra? it does great damage and you could have nailed me a good amount of times yesterday.

Just so you the London guys know (Ruben sent me a text asking about it), I've given up trying to setup SF sessions in London, and have stopped bringing my console and stick down with me.
