Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

Had a go last night I'm starting to get a little better , my blocking is terrible though , anyone care to watch this vid and give me some pointers haha :D ...

The guy I was fighting seemed like a noob so I was spamming the jab and kick buttons and forgetting to block but managed to beat him still when I put my mind to it , it was close though don't know how I won the first round !

My mate is a super bronze atm and the games we have are really close so shouldn't be to long before I get up to 1000lp + :)

Back HP, back MP, crouch MP and light fireball are your anti airs. Your friend could have kept jumping in on you all day and destroyed you if he had realised you didn't know your anti air moves.

I think it depends on your budget , I have the mad catz chun li fightstick , it's got a fair weight to it so it just rests on your lap and doesn't move when you ply , they do take some getting used to though the actual stick in mine is a square so at first your hitting the corners wondering why your jumping/crouching haha soon get used to it though, I just need to get good at the game now

For PS4 get the venom stick. pretty cheap and good for beginners.
When you get better swap out the joystick and buttons for better ones and you have yourself a good stick!

Excellent stick for the price.
The joystick is actually pretty good, and the buttons are tolerable, especially if you've never had a stick before (the buttons aren't as sensitive as sanwa buttons, meaning you can't trigger them just by barely touching them).
If you do swap out the parts, it's very easy.
Amazingly simple to swap out artwork too which is a nice bonus.

Oh man I played him a few times. I was about 1800LP at the time so was shocked as hell to see a 7500LP Rank 7 Dhalsim as my opponent. Seriously WTF matchmaking.

Needless to say I got rekt.

Thanks ordered one and should be here tomorrow.

Also does anyone want a few games later ?

Getting back into Street Fighter with V. Not played IV in quite a few years so it feels like I'm starting all over again. Not having Blanka doesn't help my case! Used to play against Artheas and e36Adz on IV so if anyone wants some games add me on Steam.
Steam id and in game is MexicanSeafood.
