He did another paper interview think was marca, still hopes for a solution to move but isn't desperate now

Here:

"I'm still defending the Liverpool shirt and I will do so until the last minute," Suarez is quoted as saying Marca.

"My aim is to reach an agreement with the club in a friendly manner and I hope the clause we agreed a year ago is fulfilled. Up to now, it hasn't been.

"It's not that I want to or am desperate to leave, but I like things to be clear and a year ago I made my position to the club clear."

Oh, I liked this too:

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has claimed a €100m (£85million) price tag is too much for Tottenham star Gareth Bale.

Real have been chasing Bale all summer with Spurs reluctant to sell him for anything less than a world record fee of £85million.

Bale is thought to be keen on moving to the Spanish capital, but Tottenham are adamant last season's double player of the year will only leave on their terms.

Perez has admitted talks are thought to be ongoing between both clubs as Real look to thrash out a deal to try and secure the Welshman's signature, but he questioned the fee Tottenham are reported to be demanding for the 24-year-old.

"We are talking with a lot of people and we will see what comes of our negotiations, I am talking about that player (Bale) and others," Perez is quoted as saying to ESPN.

"I do not want to talk about players out of respect to the player himself (Bale), the club and the chairman (Daniel Levy) who is a friend of mine and with whom I struck up a good friendship last summer because of the transfer of Luka Modric.

"If we're not talking about names, we're not talking about money either, but 100 million (euros) seems a lot to me," he said with a smile. "But I am not talking seriously because there is no need and, as I said, out of respect for the club."

haha was my thinking as i read that.. This is going to the last day. Bale, Madrid, his Manager, Sky Sports News.. everyone will be winners except Spurs. We'll end up with either cash we can't spend or a useless installment plan. This is going on too long - again.

To be fair a lot of big deals go through in installment plans. All that happens is that you use the installments against a loan from the bank, so you effectively end up with all the money up front.

I think that Spurs have been quite clever actually, in signing Soldado and Paulinho before losing Bale as it means you won't get shafted by clubs over-charging you.

^^ Good shout, forgot about Lucas :o

I doubt there is any truth in this but it would certainly be the icing on the cake to end a horrible summer

Arsenal are very close to making experienced Romanian striker Ciprian Marica their second signing of the summer, according to the player’s agent.

Never heard of the fellow so is probably gash:p but as i have said, if it does happen then its a typical cheap Wenger buy as per usual. At this rate we might as well spend £70mill on cheap players:p

Rumours are that Chamakh attack may be going to Palace on loan for the season...not really sure if we should be giving him to a PL rival..if it does go through wouldnt surprise me if he scored a hattrick against us:(:p.

Perhaps Wenger should give him another shot in the team, when he does play he does score so id use him in the league cup matches and see how he does..he could be a decent backup to Giroud.

Suarez left training ground in tears apparently today:

.

Loan players can't usually play against their owner club :)
