Source on his shirt sales?

Also any advertising etc. rooney does wouldn't he be getting the $$$?

Top 10: Premier League shirt sellers based on UK sales

1. Robin van Persie | Manchester United | 25.4%

2. Steven Gerrard | Liverpool | 8.2%

3. Wayne Rooney | Manchester United | 6%

4. Shinji Kagawa | Manchester United | 5.8%

5. Luis Suarez | Liverpool | 3.6%

6. Eden Hazard | Chelsea | 3.1%

7. Paul Scholes | Manchester United | 2.7%

8. Fernando Torres | Chelsea | 2.5%

9. Sergio Aguero | Manchester City | 2.2%

10. Lukas Podolski | Arsenal | 2.1%

RVP top of the list and Rooney still ahead of Suarez. Mind you this is using kitbag.com sales and the stats are from here: http://www.givemesport.com/334082-top-10-premier-league-shirt-sellers

And that's just among the many other Man Utd players. Liverpool only really have two major shirt sellers around the world.

Further to that Rooney is still a huge advertising persona for Nike and fronts many campaigns. Rooney is an elite shirt seller and advertising lead the world over, even after a less than stellar campaign.

Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao will reportedly complete a £13m move to Tottenham in the next week

Deal is apparently not connected with Bale.. Really? Interesting also to say that Levy is offer Ade as paert of the Bale deal.

You sure that's right Levy, That's not quite how it normally works :D

Etienne Capoue is apparently having his medical right now so the deal should be tied up today.

Caught Offside are pretty much 100% unreliable. :p

Where does it say about Coentrao?

I saw about Capoue, Spurs really aren't hanging about are they. Don't think they'll keep Bale at the end of all this though.

Everton seem to be totally against selling Baines and Fellaini, but I think they probably will in the end. However, removing both of them from the Everton team suddenly makes it look rather average.

It what average even with them in the side. Baines is decent enough, seems a nice guy but anyone wanting to drop 15 million can take him. Same with 8 games a season Fellaini.

Everton would get over losing both easily enough. We would stil be average but with 30+ million laughing at whoever was stupid enough to drop the money.

Dont think Everton are strong enough to get into the CL personally especially with the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and to some extent Liverpool all competing for the 4th spot at the moment.

Everton will not get fourth or even 6th. No idea what planet you are on to suggest Liverpool might be competing for fourth :p:D Fourth spot is between Spurs and Arsenal. I imagine the gap will open up to 5th this year.

Well tbf to Liverpool, they finished strongly this season gone and if they keep hold of Suarez, i reckon they could possibly challenge for 4th but as i said it really depends on what Arsenal do now in the next 23 or so days left of the window. Spurs have already spent £50mill on a couple of players so have strengthened and if they keep Bale then id put them favourites for 4th unless they suffer another St Totteringhams day like they normally do:p.

Personally i think the race for 4th, 5th and 6th will be the one to watch this year.

I do wonder if the people who write for these rumours websites even check them for plausibility before printing. Real Madrid would be laughing so hard they wouldn't be able to take Tottenham seriously for years if they genuinely tried to offload Adebayor.
