Suarez has supposedly told a journo in Uruguay that he's staying at Liverpool due to the support he's received from our fans and will most likely extend his contract. Via twitter of course - @MartinCharquero.
edit: If true I'd imagine there'll be a very clear clause in his deal that'll allow him to leave for a set fee if we don't make the CL but also excluding certain clubs.

Arsenal will get some unheard of player as their squad has probably greatly improved over last season.
I don't think Suarez wanted to publically admit he wanted to leave Liverpool, he was probably egged on by his greedy agent who's living of the success of Pep. Obviously he had convinced Suarez that he would end up moving to Arsenal.
