There will be a few more new contracts signed soon as well, well for the main players anyway.

All of them bringing their basic wage down and increasing performance based clauses which can only be good.

Fantastic to see Aguero sign a contract though because as you say there has been rumors and this at least puts them to bed for a while.

"We all know that (Mario) Goetze has already been signed and that Lewandowski will not have to wait too much longer. Then one has two more top players," Heynckes told reporters after his team clinched the European title with a 2-1 win over Dortmund at London's Wembley stadium.

Sounds confident. Poor Dortmund.

Apparently Lewandowski has agreed two contracts with Bayern. One for him to move this summer if a move is agreed and one next summer where he will go on a free. No other club have a hope of getting him so it just comes down to Dortmund swallowing the bitter pill of losing two players to Bayern at once.

Neymar has confirmed he's signing for Barcelona. Will sign the contract on Monday.

Its a strange one this. He's going to be second fiddle to Messi. I dont think this is where Barca need to be putting their money. Its like finding a hole in your jumper and buying a new pair of trousers.

I'm sure they'll play together, wouldn't surprise me if they shipped out Sanchez.

Well clearly they will have to play together cos i dont see Messi being sold! :p I just dont think that if you were drawing up a list of requirements of what Barca need to improve you would pick a Neymar type of player.

Barce haven't been the same since Villa broke his leg, I suspect Neymar is there to replace him.

I can't see them selling Fabregas, just doesn't make sense, he gets game time every week and is still young.

Agreed, i think Villa is done, but i dont see Neymar as the like for like frontman replacement.

At some point Barca have to at least make a token gesture at balancing the books, i can see a fairly big player leaving and it wouldnt shock me if it was Fabregas for the right offer.

Barce don't really play out and out forwards anymore, despite their success when they had Eto'o and Ibra there it seems they just prefer Messi to be the main focal point. I would have thought after this season they may adopt a different approach and get an ST.

They'd be short in creative midfielders if Fab went, more likely that Thiago goes, he'd still get them 20m odd I imagine. Neymar wasn't even that expensive.

Anyone knows the fee? I read €58M

I think they will play some sort of 4-3-3 with Pedro - Neymar - Messi, or Neymar - Fabregas (Fake 9) -Messi.

One person from Villa and Sanchez needs to leave though. Villa, Messi, Sanchez, Pedro, Neymar and Tello. Seems like there is one too many.

That would be absolutely fantastic. Ive been saying it for the best part of a year as a dream signing. Its hugely unlikely but it would be immense.

I would be very surpried if that happened. Would be a huge kick in the b######s to Arsenal if he did. :(

I thought we had a first option on him tied into the transfer? Would be surprised if he returned to England after two years.

Its by no means a done deal but i think it would be a hell of a move. What Arsenal want is irrelevant as is their "first option". They had "first option" on RVP by virtue of actually having the guy playing for them at the time, it made no difference.

As i say, its miles away from a deal but i wouldnt rule it out on the basis of Fabregas not crapping on Arsenal or Barca not selling.

There's a regular over on the redcafe who's a Barca supporter who seems to think it'll be a front 3 of Naymar Messi Sanchez next season, he also seems pretty sure Thiago will leave (which would suggest Fabregas isn't going anywhere).

As for Villa, Ballague seems convinced he's off to Arsenal or Spurs...

EDIT: oh yeah Ballague also says Lewandowski to Bayern and Falcao to Monoco will happen imminently. Cavani to Real is another doing the rounds

Ballague does seem to know his stuff, certainly about la liga. I don't understand why Barca persist with Sanchez though, the number of chances he seems to miss is unbelievable.
