Summer Transfer Window 2021/2022

Didn’t take Harry long to get back in the swing of things after all the shenanigans

Not sure banging in two goals against a sunday league side counts for much. I don't have any doubt that he will keep smacking them in for Spurs this year though. Doesn't strike me as the sort of player to sulk and not give his all. I think he probably knows that his best days are going to be spent at Tottenham now. Whos going to pay big money for him next year?

Sounds like Mbappe is going to Real Madrid, and Ronaldo to City is certainly sounding possible... quite an end to the transfer window!

Its gonna happen

the club everyone said is broke cause they sold varane

Real Madrid are increasingly confident of completing a deal to sign Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain before the transfer window closes on Tuesday.

Real and PSG held positive talks on Thursday following their second bid of £145.6m (€170m), and it is understood the deal is moving in the right direction.

And rumours of Kounde to Chelsea. Meanwhile tumbleweeds continue to blow past Anfield, then again I did say on here a short while ago that I didnt think that Liverpool were going to sign anyone else after Konate, looks like I was right.

Makes no sense when clubs that are supposedly "broke" are spending, hell think arsenal have spent triple what we have, Its good were tying members of the squad to new contracts however i still were an attacker short. Our front free has been together so long now it needs a freshening up. I'm not convinced Keita will stay fit for the year so part of me feels a midfielder is needed.

Defence i think were fine with adding Konate.

We still need to move some players on e.g. Origi

Will be genuinely gutted if Ronaldo goes to City....

He knows he's loved by United fans and talks about Ferguson as his father figure. Why potentially ruin all that. If you want another UCL/Ballon D'or - go to PSG instead.

It can't possible be about wages - he doesn't need the money.

Sounds pathetic but would be awful to see him playing in a City shirt....

Considering the whole Welcome to Manchester thing they did with Tevez, I can only imagine what they will come up with to stick in Utds faces if they got Ronaldo.

It is no different to when Peter Schmeichel went to City and he still a United legend. Just someone in the twilight of his career. I hope City go for him because then it gives us a clear shot for Haaland next season. I wouldn't begrudge him going to city because he will be going for the pay day. Ronaldo went to United because of the club it was a completely different scenario.

Also people seem to forget he left us when we were arguably better than Real Madrid and the best team in England. He didn't start winning anything till his 4th season with them. Fergusson was the reason he stayed not Manchester United as much as it pains me to say it.

It is different. There wasn't a section of Utd supporters that acted as if Schmeichel had just been on loan for the past 12 years like they have with Ronaldo.

I'm not sure how you've determined that Ronaldo is joining City for a pay day either. He's reportedly being paid close to £30m per season after tax at Juve - to match that City would need to pay him over £50m per season which isn't going to happen.
