We all like a breeze to keep us cool, you really need to embrace the fact you're to hot and need that fan to cool down.

29C in our lounge now, beyond ridiculous, can't wait for the temp drop tomorrow!

Ironically, cooler in our kitchen than any other room, a hint of a westerly taking the edge off the unbearable temperature.

Well that ended very abruptly. Clear and sunny to looking like a thunderstorm in just a few mins. Extremely humid now with the cloud cover.

Looks stad though the temperatures drop rapidly overnight and never recover. See you all again in a few weeks time when we're possibly graced with another 1-2 days of summer.

It’s still gonna be fairly warm for the next few days. Mid 20’s with sun is fine

I don’t understand why people can’t grasp the idea that this is a positive thread with no moaning about the hot weather.

A bit like many posting in the "it's too hot" thread, when their posts suggest quite the opposite for them.

The forum doesn't need three weather threads active during the '24 summer!

Well go and stick to the other one then, then the fact there’s two more won’t bother you quite as much.

Iced drink or ice lolly is nice if the heat is getting to you

It’s 25 here now, that’s not hot, it’s comfortable, especially when you’re enjoying a lager and sprite shandy

Sadly that appears to be it for a while, just fresh weather now. Hopefully won’t be too long before we get the heat back. Should see more in middle to late July with any luck
