Rainforest. They are actually 200g capacity despite what it says on the label. About £7 :p Definitely a cheap job, all the stickers are wonky etc but comparing to my mums decent kitchen scales they seem accurate
 
The scoops are a set amount usually

So if I pack it tight it weights the same as just scooping it. It works the same for different powders? It is the easiest method to use but it isn't very accurate. It is unlikely to make enough difference to really effect you but I like things to be accurate. I'll agree that you likely couldn't be out enough to take a dangerous amount of caffeine.

I'm never too sure about caffeine. I actually don't drink a lot anyway, presumed you wasn't meant to as much :o
 
Caffeine you take in MG so really a scale for it imo. Myprotein says 2/3 of a mini scoop but use a scale is their suggestion. Scoops work well for things like whey and stuff since being a bit over or under isn't that important and scoops are fast and easy.

I doubt anyone could take so much whey that it would do any real harm, but it would be fairly easy to take enough caffeine to do some real harm.
 
I was just on about caffeine in drinks, I only drink about 2 / 3 teas a day.

Wondered if it's worth having one before a workout or not thats all :) Currently just get a banana

Ive still got a full box of the MX Blast shots from my new year bundle. Will give them a go once im back training again (recovering from operation :(). Taking L-Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA, and Vitamins to help speed up the process.

If you feel you need it use it. It's not going to make your gains noticeably better or anything. Only reason i'm getting it is because when i go to the gym feeling tired i don't enjoy it
 
So customer service have been pretty great about it. Sorted out a replacement straight away and posted it with saturday delivery, got dispatched earlier on today :) Now it's up to DPD whether it actually arrives tomorrow :p
 
OK i'm pretty sure myprotein have sent me 2 replacement caffeine pouches :D Just got another dispatch note with a completely different order number and tracking number. Probably one from the facebook complaint and another from the ticket they asked me to send :cool: We'll see in a few days...
