Same creatine maybe...Same dosage of Creatine though?

both would equal same dosage - 5G Creatine Monohydrate per single serving so
10G a day; the only difference is im taking it "neat" i guess as oppose to a mix
 
I actually went into anaphylactic shock Sunday night; hospital job the lot with a shot of adrenaline; doctors put it down some cream i was using; but im not convinced as i had problems late last night again!

only thing i can think that has changed is im using PhD Creatine (not something i use, but i won in facebook comp on PhD page), but seems a little odd as i use Synegy "all in one" for a long period of time and i believe that would use the same creatine - surely?

I think you clearly have some hypersensitivity issue going on; some of these seemingly innocuous substances are triggering unusually severe reactions. I'd see your doc for some allergen tests. You need see if you can find out what can trigger anaphylaxis in you so you can take precautions if needed.
 
Again, can I remind you all not to offer medical advice. Again, I say, that supplements are not without their issues, so can I suggest that you get seek medical advice before taking any supplements that you are not aware of.

4000mg of Beta alanine. No way could i take that. I only have 2000mg because any more feels extremely uncomfortable in my face :p

And it has 1,3 Dimeth in it, don't you need to be careful of that if you're thinking of competing?
 
Not sure about powerlifting with regards to that ingredient, I know it's band for bodybuilding.

Just tried Almond Butter.. way too runny to put on toast. Would be good in shakes I guess. Going to order some PB from BP.
 
It's on the WADA banned list, so a no go for most competitive sports (including "tested" powerlifting). However, as far as I'm aware you're only banned from using it in actual comps. It's not as if it makes a huge difference in training, and it leaves your system after a week anyway.
 
As high as I get on eating Nandos, it's not quite the same as taking a stim... unless...

Pre-work out Nandos? Post work out Nandos? Nandos right now?
