This appears to be a nice summary;

this refers to the EU regualtion that came into force may last year outlawing pre workouts based on Geranium oil ( pretty much all US ones ) and anything herbal that is not a food herb , we (Boditronics Ltd) stopped making Tribulus and other non compliant product then and stopped production of Our pre workout , so all our current products are fully compliant . Most reputable UK brands complied with this but many smaller ones and US importers tried to go under the radar hence they are now being targetted we knew this would come . Products like Testofen are ok because its a food herb deriivitive , Amino acids are ok as they are present in protein"

For instance 1,3 dimethylamylamine, DMAA, Methylhexaneamine etc etc are all names they know for the same nutrient. They have done their research.

So those list of names all contain DMAA? Or they're just substances going to be banned :p

Agree the wording is poor but it appears that is the list plus a lot more to be added of what is to be banned from UK Supplements.

I am struggling to come to terms with what i am going to do with out my Horny Goat Weed ;)
 
Do many people here bother with stimulant type supplements? Do you feel they make a difference?

I'll answer that question with my review of Ronnie Coleman Signature Series MYO-BLITZ pre workout :)

Mixability - 10/10 - Quick swirl and it was completely mixed.

Flavour - 9/10 - Fruit punch fusion, tasted great just had a tiny aftertaste. Awesome colour too :p

Energy/focus - 10/10 - Gym was stupidly hot today which normally throws me right off. Not today, didn't even want to rest just keep lifting. Managed all 3 sets of arnold press for the first time, all 3 sets of lateral raises for the first time without dropping weight, could keep repping out curls (:p) no problem. Nothing else has changed in my diet/workout and i'm on a cut so can only put this down to the blitz.

Pump/vasc - 8/10 - I normally get huge pumps anyway but i definitely had a few more veins popping out today than normal. Shoulders feel a bit more pumped aswell.

Took it at 2pm and i'm still buzzing :D :D
 
Waxy Maize Starch is one supplement I do not totally understand...i've read conflicting things as to its purpose? such as :

It is a fast digesting carb afaik, it just doesn't contain simple sugars like Dextrose, it's basically a complex carbohydrate that get's digested quickly from my knowledge, by all means correct me if i'm wrong, but i take it on the assumption it contains no simple sugars like Dextrose.
 
WMS is actually not fast digesting. Well, the important part is that it's no faster getting into the blood stream than bread.

I don't think it's marketed as such any more, it shouldn't be.
