Dextrose and oats are the only carbs worth bothering about, most others are a waste of time and money.

I don't even bother with dextrose :) I stick to oats PWO, but then my goals are different to a lot of you guys.
 
Yeah, my brother uses Jack3D and other supps with DMAA in them. They make a massive difference for him so I'm sure he'll be gutted.
 
I've been trying MP's green powders last few days and I thought I'd give a little review of the barley grass powder.

I don't think I've been using them long enough for anything substantial to appear but I can definitely say I feel fresher. It might not be directly related but I woke up this morning feeling very awake for the first time in a while so that was nice and I feel like I am more able to concentrate when I'm working too.

Taste-wise, I can't really taste it in a protein shake with chocolate nesquick, but the powder itself really smells, kinda like fish food :confused:. It's not too much of a big deal though, just don't sniff it :).

Also they aren't too expensive, £18 for a bag that last just over a month.

I've got a couple of their greens powders, can't remember exactly which ones but mixing them together produced what I could only describe as pond sludge and keeping it down in the morning was an achievement in itself :D
