Then other than fish oils unless you eat a lot of oily fish there's little you need. Creatine is a well researched and worthwhile supp. Until you're really at the limit diet and training wise supps are usually a waste of money.
 
I just buy greens from the supermarket - lots cheaper, and taste great steamed, then add a touch of salt, lemon and olive oil.

Sure I guess super greens will have more of it, but if you don't enjoy it what's the point? I try and get at least 5 a day from veg and mainly cruciferous veg. After than I will have fruits (min 2 portions a day), but I focus mainly on veg.
 
If he's got the tolerance to 3 scoops of the old Jack3d then a cup of coffee will not even touch the sides.

I'd recommend cutting all caffeine and other stims out of your diet for a fair while to be honest.

Best thing I've done. Better sleep and general well being. Thus, when you do take some caffeine it has a more profound effect.
