Until people stop being n00bs and asking for "something that works like it" or "helps their workout likeJack3D," I'll keep reminding them. ;)

Interesting I never stated i wanted anything like that in my response. I know what Jack was and what it did, I also bought Black Powder the same time as my old tub of jack just to see what the fuss was about black powder.

It was my comparison.

Not a problem - merely an overstatement like the one I was responding to. :D

To be fair, however, there is nothing on the market that I've seen that will work like Jack3D simply ebcause of the amphet, and all attempts to get close will come to nothing as a result. In a way, it's a shame that a "legitimate" use of the compound was outlawed because of abuse, but I suppose that's how this has always happened throughout history.

I am personally vehemently against the use of such sort of things in my own workouts, but I'm a scientist at heart, so I'm fascinated by the potential for improved workouts/training through the use of different supplements.

Will keep looking. Until then, my hopes of an approved trial for evaluating the effect of watching pr0n during a workout regime to determine gainz. Not sure that would assist with focus, however.

I have inherited some Maximuscle Maxi Gakic (my friend buys all sorts, used half of it then gets bored and gives it to me)

Apart from smelling and tasting repulsive, what is it supposed to do? I can't seem to find anything other then marketing blurb

I was after some personal experiences, rather then what the manufacturer says it does.

It tastes only marginally better than bcaa powder, and its supposed to be orange flavour!

Ok. Not being able to find the original source I'm going to do something that's not right for the Internet.

FACT!

Conclusion

Drinking cold water can significantly mediate and delay the increase in core body temperature during an exercise session in a moderate climate with euhydrated subjects. The ingestion of COLD improved performance for 49% and 51% of the participants in the broad jump and TTE performance tests respectively, but did not reach statistical significance. Moreover, although minimal, subjects experienced a decrease in performance on the bench press during the COLD.

I recently invested in some Kre Alkalyn 1500 - have to say that this stuff is very good, my reps are much more productive and im recovering a lot faster whilst in the gym (though squats are still the enemy)

Much much easy to take, more effective than other creatine products iv tried previously and ok price.
Now I just need to find a protein/high calory powder that i'm happy with as going completely off USN stuff.
