Random question, but...does Whey protein give anyone else the s*ts something silly?
I donlt have mine with milk, just mix with water after my morning brekkie and I end up pooping rancid black tar :(

I think everyone gets some sort of problem when they first start using whey, mine was bad gas that lasted a couple of weeks. But I'm fine now.

If this has lasted a while, you may just have an intolerance to lactose

Still better than a kick in the **** if you were going to order anyway.

Mmmm... not really. :o

I have a 60%-off code from KineticaSports*, so 7.5% off from TPW is a bit underwhelming.

*KineticaSports stuff is around 50% more expensive than... pretty much anything else.

When I first started using whey then yeah, and awful farts. Now, nothing at all.

Thanks - I haven't needed to top up my macros using whey for some time, so I guess it must be that. Hopefully it won't last too long!

I do think I possibly have some sort of lactose intolerance, especially notice it when I eat half melted cheese (makes me want to barf)

Serious question: are you of north-European descent? If so, it's unlikely (generally speaking) that it's lactose intolerance (not saying it isn't, of course).

If you aren't, then you're probably *******. ;) :D

Black or white South African?

If the latter, then your genes are more than likely from northern Europe (unless, of course, your grandparents emigrated from China or whatever...). :)

We're the rainbow nation dontcha know, plenty colours abound, though I'm boring white :)

New TPW products :D
