Actually made an order on MP last Sat because of 20% off and clicked for the free 3-5 days delivery and it arrived on that Monday 2 days later so really impressed with the quickness of delivery.
Although the box was quite badly damaged and one of bags was split, so emailed them the same day and they replied the next day saying they've dispatched a new one tracked delivery. So I'd say pretty good CS!

That's a rare thing to hear about MP tbh :p But good news nonetheless.
 
Just found this thread and read page 1, so I thought I'd share something but 394 pages later it seems a very different thread :p but I'll post it anyway.

I started working out 6 weeks ago o'natural. About 2 weeks in someone at the gym recommended T6 pills, so I looked them up and bought a pot of 90 which is suppose to be a 30day supply but I'm taking 1 a day as suggested in lots of feedback from the etailer. I started taking one pill 30mins before working out as suggested by the packaging. Fast forward 4 weeks and I realize I've been yawning after every set and it's been happening since I started using the T6 pills and I don't recall this happening before I started using T6. My, Sister works in medicine and I showed her the package to get her medical opinion and she said it's an artificial boost and you'll crash harder than using natural ingredients. So it seems like the T6 pill goes through me very quick and I'm already starting to bottom out while I'm at the gym, hence the yawning. So I've started taking the T6 as I leave for the gym and that only started 2 days ago so I have nothing to report on that yet. However, today I forgot to take a T6 as I was leaving, I didn't even realize until I got home, yet I felt no loss of power or energy while at the gym, I lifted the same weight for the same reps and I don't recall yawning.

For me it seems these T6 pills have no effect, I metabolize them to fast or maybe the dose is just to low. I did actually wonder last week if there was anything inside the capsules so I opened 1 up and white powder was inside. I couldn't close the capsule so just put in my gob. Big mistake, it tasted awful.

So for now I'll keep taking the T6 until I run out then carry on training supplement free unless I hear about something else that's worth a try.

Would anyone recommend a supplement to use? mainly I am training to lose weight, i.e fat. Any muscle built along the way is a bonus.
 
Fat burners are a waste of money, the only thing they lighten is your wallet - if they were effective then nobody would have any trouble dieting. Fat loss is nearly all down to food intake (or lack of) and training appropriately to encourage your body to hold onto lean body mass. If you need a pick-me-up for the gym then just buy some caffiene pills.

The only thing you need is to be in a calorie deficit and your protein intake be sufficient enough to minimise lean body mass loss.

There's lots of very effective fat burners but generally thier illegal or controled because ****ing with your body fiction like that can be very dangerous.

take some DNP and say it's not effective lol

So I'm about to order some samples from MP.. any recommendations on flavours to try for a first-timer? I'm thinking chocolate smooth and strawberries and cream seem quite popular. Just before I dive in and get a big bag!

Also, any useful codes out there? Maybe for free delivery or something? Thanks! :)

Just go for the bog standard chocolate, I certainly wouldnt choose any fancy flavours to start.
 
After training for 6 weeks there's no "supplement" starting with a T that I would recommend :p

Just eat, lift, and sleep man. Can't go wrong.

Yes you are absolutely right, but ergogenic aids were created for a reason. If he/she has the basic of diet and training down then 'supplement' away i say :)

Why even mention it in the first place then? To quote Lyle McDonald, author of some extremely effective fat loss dietary protocols...

"Given the propensity of dieters to fall into a 'more is better' trap and the fact that a single overdose will kill you without fail, it's best that most can't get it."

This is exactly why most people shouldn't even be made aware of it and I didn't bring it up.
 
I've use naked protein 80 from TPW for over a year now and it great for topping up on days I don't eat enough, I started with protein from MP but felt the quality wasn't great like their CS and it bunged me up. I've started using Animal Pak multivitamins and Animal omega and feel great :) I was on a standard muti and cod liver oil but these are so much more :D

So it looks like I should have paid more attention to my first order from MP. I got a 5ml scoop, not a 70ml scoop :p Anywhere that I can get a 70ml scoop that would be suitable, without having to pay for shipping? MP are sold out of them.

At least I bought some taster packs so I have some portioned out already.. woops.
