TWP are crediting 7.50 to accounts if someone signs up with your referral.
bulk powders are giving £5 credit to accounts if someone signs up and uses your referral on a first order.

In theory with DPD etc letting you switch the delivery address on the fly you could make an account and refer your self,
use a neighbours address and then on the day of delivery when you get the text message from the courier choose the "leave with neighbour" option :D
 
It is pretty crazy how much referral points add up. It's a much better system than MP. Myprotein I referred tonnes of people, yet never really had a massive amount of points due to it being based on their spend

But TPW, I've spent £138.49 in points (the odd amount is due to a couple of delivery refunds I think) and have £45 to spend in points for my next order. Yet if I look at the amount of people I've referred, it's no where near the amount that I did with MP
 
Anyone with any experience on supplementation for chronic fatigue syndrome/ME? Have been looking into it following a bit of a rash diagnosis - seems like there are a number of recommended supplements out there but could be total tosh. One in particular is L-Carnitine, but with all the different types (tartrate, ALCAR, fumarate etc) can't really see the theory behind them seperately. Anyone tried them or rate them?
