Well, that was eventful, and the fun's not even over yet.

One of those sessions where you know you made the right decision to stay/get up :)

will be interesting to see what Buttons fuel load is for tomorrow, was worth geting up to watch the qualifying this morning and it'll be rather interesting tomorrow if today is anything to go by. Hope Glocks leg is ok, the rest seem OK, which goes to show how much cars have developed in the last few years.

Bring on the carnage tomorrow i say :D

Well that was fun! Glad to hear Glock is not to badly injured, that was a nasty looking shunt. Very amusing watching Buemi drag that Toro Rosso down the barriers for so long and then still limp it home. Alonso didn't look too impressed and rightly so, it was a bit daft.

Shame for TR as I reckon they had the raw speed to do well here.

Brawn mentioned that Button and/or Barrichello were on ~17 laps of fuel, so not looking like they've got any raw pace this weekend, however Button only really has to care about Barrichello.

Saying that, 2 places back is fine, having 2 KERS cars right behind/alongside him might mess his strategy/race up depending how the start goes...

Its exactly the same as Rubens according to Rubens interview. Can't see Button wrapping it up this weekend like I'd hoped so he might loosen up again.

Next round is Brazil - and we all know how Rubens' luck is around that place. In 16 races there so far, he's retired 11 times IIRC. So if Button doesn't manage to put it beyond him this time out, it could still be over before Abu Dhabi. Just depends how many points Rubens can take off him tomorrow.

Sorry im a lightweight, my parents came crashing in from holiday at half 1 this morning and sent the dog ape, so I decided to sleep in and set qualy to record. Just watched it now, glad the v+ box made it to the end of qualy (just!) What a session! Any news on if they are all ok?

Will be up in time for the grid walk tomorrow I promise faithfully!
