Well, everything else I was waiting for this spring seems to have ending up sucking in one way or another, but if this has a good release it will go a very long way to making up for all that.
Never played the original, but playing SS2 back in the late 90s remains in my top five gaming experiences of all time.
Be sure to watch the reviews fully, having never played it before I learned a lot. There is no handholding at all, and you must pay attention to data discs you find as they either partially or fully explain what to do or where to go next and what order etc. Without paying attention you will end up being completely stuck. Also pay attention to screen displays as they discreetly tell info or the order to do things later on
Also the map screen you can play waypoints and add a note to each waypoint, so I will be making use of this making notes on the map as I go through the 9 levels of the station.
Won't be getting the game right away though, got God of War to complete.
