I didn't use quidco unfortunately do can't help you there.

Looks like I'm going to have to ring them up next week as I can't see any way to fix mine. Anyone got any experience with T-mobile returns when bought online?

It takes £20 from your PAYG balance. If you have less than £20 you'll need to top up first.

Although I don't have the pulse handset I found that I didn't receive any confirmation when I sent the code to get the booster. But a few hours/a day later if you text "BA" (without quotes) to 150 it should show Unlimited internet in your allowances.

WTF. Just came in and had a look at the phone, turned on the camera and it WORKS. The autofocus locks straight away and you can hear/ see the lens moving to focus. What the hell is that all about???

I'll get it anyway, just an extra £35... which could have pretty much got me internet on it for a year but you can't win them all.

If you don't want to worry about the stock issues at the moment, they had the same price (£137) at my local T-Mobile store.

Yep, grabbed one from my local store when it was £137, the day before the online price drop. Tbh I would still have got it from the store even with the drop, I'm too impatient for things NOW

Arghhh... Went to try the camera this morning and the auto focus isn't working again. Why would it not work for 2 days then work for 1 then stop randomly again? Makes no sense what so ever. They haven't put my £10 top up on either.

Is it position issue? Like, focus works in landscape mode but not in portrait or maybe works when it's straight, shooting something in front of it, but not when horizontal while you try to snap something flat on the table etc etc?

Ive tried every angle mate, and yesterday when it worked it worked in every possible angle, position etc. It's as though its a software error which is preventing the autofocus mechanism from working even though the red square goes green, which should mean its in focus. On the upside they just put my credit on
