I saw T2 a few days ago. Brilliant film. Really enjoyed it. Loads of laugh out loud moments. I did find it surprisingly melancholic, ably assisted by the soundtrack. There were several moments when you felt that it was going to take off as Born Slippy started in the background but it faded away. A very downbeat ending too.

I watched this tonight. A superb sequel and everything I had hoped it would be. Choose life. Choose the audience clapping. It felt appropriate to drive there in my 1994 car :)

A few days since seeing it and the scene that sticks with me the most is Renton and Begbie in the cubicles, i'm sat here giggling about it as I type this. :D
Bump!

Rewatched Trainspotting over the weekend for the first time since it aired back in the day. I fell in love with the film and it’s characters all over again so I had to check out the sequel.

Bugger me I was lmao at that toilet scene as it was so perfectly acted out. Every time I picture it in my mind I just burst out laughing.

The singing bit about 1690 and Renton’s Choose Life was absolutely superb.

Not a perfect film, but a good follow up. 7.5/10.
