Team Group Dark Pro "8 Pack Edition" 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black

@8 Pack

Hi 8 Pack, just wondering what the difference is (if any) between the Dark Pro and Xtreem Ram modules when it comes to overclocking.

Do the Dark Pro modules have the same overclocking headroom as the Xtreem? Or does the Xtreem have some sort of advantage?

Thanks,

D

I made a video on the dark pro overclocking to show exactly how good they are and what you can expect on different platforms. It's on our Facebook and you tube channels check that out.

Also vortez did a review of these sticks with two awards

The xtreem at the very high end can clock further yes and at better timings. I was testing our stock Friday afternoon and after minutes was at 4452Mhz stable. Will do more Monday. This was on the 4133 kit.

The dark pro 3200 do clock amazing though as you will see from the video. Z270 4133Mhz possible on apex.

Will these sticks work well on an X370 Taichi board do you think?

I first used some of these http://gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c14d-16gfx but one of the sticks was dodgy so sending it back, but the 8-Pack Team Group ones seem to have a bit better timings just they are not on the Taichi QVL.
8Pack sticks out after qvl was produced but working perfectly upto 3333Mhz c14 or 3600mhz c16 if your Imc can handle 3600+
