That's one thing I like about Medvedev he just don't give a fudge bounce, serve, bounce serve. Almost gives the opponent no rest.

Because the umpires are terrible at implementing that. How many time violations has Nadal had over the years? For some reason the players are given the benefit of the doubt.

It's important because your reactions dull a little the longer you are waiting.

Another thing I'd like to see to speed up serving is only allowing the server to take two balls. Not 3 or 4 and choose the ones they thing are best. Just serve with what they are given.
