Yep seems really strange that she's disappeared, the head of the WTA has said she doesn't believe the latest email is actually from her

The WTA are backing her 100% but it could have massive ramifications for tennis if she's not seen again. The Chinese invest a stupid amount of money in to tennis, and sport in general, and it would take a huge set of balls to pull tennis out of the country and lose their financial backing.

Konta's just announced her retirement. Injuries have clearly ruined her over the last 2 years and she probably wouldn't have rediscovered her 2019 form but 30's no age to be retiring.
