I'm pretty much in the same situation as you. Having a job 8-5 and getting to play a few evenings in the week and bits at weekends. Our guild is pretty much the same, though some people have booked time off to play this week!
Endgame at the minut is comprised of 5 man hard mode instances, with larger raids in the pipeline (probably be a few months away at best) and 'rifts' - pretty much the same as in rift the game really. Rifts spawn, and people descend upon them, they spawn monsters and you go through different waves. Completing the rift gives tokens which you use to buy gear.
To be honest, even if there isn't as much 'endgame content' as other MMO's, there is still plenty to do with the way the crafting and enchanting systems are set up. Takes a while to even hit max level in fact!
I guess some of the files are different, or I did something wrong xD Might take a nap for 2 hrs lol -- sucks being on SKY broadband and only getting 350kbps download speed, but it's better than my Virgin connection's horrible lag in games during the evening.
