Does seem to be on a wider scope than previous movies, shooting done in Spain and Arnie apparently started filming scenes in Budapest yesterday. Bit of a change from U.S. and Mexico.

Not entirely related to the Terminator movies but regarding time travel, I would assume when you travel through time you travel through time but remain in the same position as you were when you left. Example: I am stood in Derby city center next to NatWest bank in St Peters Street. I click my TT button on my TT watch to send me back 20 years. So, I have traveled through time and nothing else yes? The earth would not be in the same position 20 years ago. One minute I am stood outside NatWest bank and suddenly I am probably in space with NatWest bank 100,000,000 miles away and about to get smashed in the face by a **** off great big space rock.

Looks like Andy Vajna was a producer on some of the Terminator films.

I'll be amazed if it's worse than Genisys. Although having said that; I've just seen that it's written by David Goyer. He is hit and miss, so it could be a reasonable to decent story, or it could just suck badly. He wrote Blade I and II, Dark City, Batman Begins, and the story for The Dark Knight; so he is capable. But, he's also written some trash too...
