Im not sure how to unlock the Paint shops 
The Car Delivery challenges are the best ive done 3 now, each time something has clipped me right near the end and ive lost about $300 Problem is if you do it perfect you can get massive bonuses
Look for the Car icons with a Down arrow poitning down on them

Ive litterally played it 11 hours solid :|
Got tonnes of work for the next 2 days so wont be playing as much till Sunday!
I love the car delivery missions, like i say do it perfect and you get a huge bonus
80k car = 30k bonus
90k car = 45k bonus

Improved the handling and added around 20MPH to top speed - it does say some packs can change the cars class though

Just did that twice in a row with a Merc, cba to restart.
Did an old Merc aswell and i didnt hit anything but you go around mountain roads and there was a dip and it did $12 damage
both times about 7 miles in - really cba after that lol
