Yes they're flower buds. They grow as the plant grows. So by the time the plant has enough leaves to produce the energy to support flowering/fruiting they should be ready too.

Unlucky. There was frost on top of my car a couple of nights ago
, glad I moved the plants away from the window as they're single glazed.
Speaking of flowers, are these the beginnings of flowers and if so should it be flowering at just 7" tall? I thought they started flowering when the plant reaches full size which is 2' - 3'.

Mine did that, then it had a huge growth spurt.
Good to hear, just need to sun now as they're looking a bit sad at the moment.
I have no idea how but there appears to be a shroom growing next to one of my tomato plants.

I think my naga will have to come back inside. I have bought a massive bottle of kill any bugs in sight stuff so let's hope!! It hates the cold like madddddd!
Repotted more today as well so they should be good to go now. The GF is actually happy of my chilli plant gift. What a mug!

whats your kil any bugs stuff and where did you buy it? im still finding tiny flies! i thought they were fungus gnats but some are dark green so im not sure!
aparently they dont attack plants but the larvae will eat fresh roots
ive squished about 15 of the buggers in 3 days!
Came home from work today and one of my Naga seeds has finally germinated \o/. Another looks like it could germinate as well.
Might be a little too late in the year now but i'll get it under the grow light and hope for the best.

The plumbers have finally 'fixed' the water leak, so I'll break out the grow lamp over the next week and give my three a blast.

Just some pics i just took, the naga's Nick sent have all germinated
were planted on 16/04/10
So about 3 weeks growth for the largest of the 4
and some of the original seeds planted in March, they are coming on nice
and for those who remember from my last picture update, heres the strawberries and peppers
