Hmm ive got some ambitious goals for this coming year.
I weighed in at a stonking 88kg (5ft7” height) at the beginning of December, and that was it, I just afford to get any heavier, so I got to the 18th of December and started the stronglifts routine with some small amounts of cardio. I weighed myself yesterday and I was 84.5kg, so far im doing quite well, but Im not really focusing on the weight more on BF, and I know that’s come down quite a bit as clothes are a lot looser etc the other upside is that the HIIT that I do once a week and the SL routine have really helped my 5 aside.
As I done some weights before Ive skipped a few weeks on the SL routine,currently im squatting 77.5kg which im pleased with. Targets are get my weight down to 75kg with 20% BF (told you it was ambitious
) and be able to squat 2*bw, 100kg bench and 180 deadlift. Ive got quite a serious reason to get fit though, I want get stronger and fitter so I can donate a kidney to my bro, at the moment we match but my weight is too high.
