Its not bad. Id struggle to do anything like the 3 of them on the same day. bench i wont get near until i have surgery, which reminds me, i need to look at booking that in before i get outsourced as the health care might not be as good under t-systems!!
 
Right time for a change. Went swimming with my boy today, I'm an unfit whale that the Japanese almost captured (I heard the 'man the harpoons' alarms early enough to get away!).

So, gonna find my old HST routine and get doing morning cardio (probably swimming!) and get some fitness back!
What a mess :(
 
if you are still making progress then no real need to change.

though if you want to do something different:

power clean to push press 3x10
barbell seated press 2x10 (nice and slow)
triset (seated): side lateral db / front db raise / arnold press 3x10

finish up with some cable bent over raises for rear delts. feel the burn

might be worth warming up with some cable RC light stuff.

Angry guy - quite simply no. If anything it makes him weaker.
Riptoe posted on his forum a few years ago, in response to someones question, about DB bench. He said himself that the setup and put down of the DBs is just as important for strength gains as the pressing itself.

Only muppets throw weights, some spanners drop them for no reason also. Ignore them, they are idiots.
