Numb the pain with pizza?
Do you rub it against your claves and go "oh yeah, that's the stuff, NNNHHHNNNGGG!"
Sure nothing wrong with not being able to finish a meal here and there.
Problem is I'm working down south from the 1st... Need to find a gym down there or this will all be pointless!
Cheers though
Haha i know Morba, I'm fussy though i much prefer local/dungeon gyms than the corporate ones. Working in Eastbourne
I don't drink that much water I'll be honest, nothing out of the ordinary. Fat? Haha, my body hasn't seen a pound if fat since i was born.
I'd love to post a picture but it's embarrassing, i'll do a comparison shot in a few weeks hopefully
Gyms finally all gone now, not a single trace of gym paraphernalia in sight. The only thing down there is dust and the smell of sweat lol, I'll get some Sandee 16oz gloves and thai kick pads this week and take full advantage of all the space down there.

Man i feel weak
concentrated single arm curls 4 sets of 2x reps of 24kg...
i use gloves and i have zero callouses or pain, etc. people are against gloves though, but tbh i dont see any problem with them.
I was speaking to this indian girl at body expo. It was strange, she was fairly small, pretty and curvy weighing in at circa 65kg and she's training for the Olympics soon. This girl was making mince of 100KG presses. I've got a video somewhere on my phone. Astounding.
She said the same thing, it's all in the technique. Met a guy who was 70KG, was showing me various techniques with cleans and presses - He could snatch 140KG. Freaks.
they are 2 completely different things, belts stop you from using secondary muscles, gloves dont.
luckily i have fat gripz then that help with grip
