Sounds like HST has played trickery with your muscles icecold, awesome lifts! I'm starting the 15s next week, my first time doing HST so really interested to see what happens.
Thanks btw! I'm sure you'll end up liking HST, but the first couple of sessions at 15 reps are HARD. Be careful not to do them too close to a prior meal or you're in danger of seeing it again (right Benny? ). I've approached this HST cycle slightly differently to my previous two, I might do a mini review when I finish it this weekend.
from the press I did before. It's not massively heavy for me but it was easier than it used to be. Dips @ 27.5KG again were no problem, looking foward to finishing on 40KG
