Powerbelt and Fivefingers ordered on monday, now find out after ordering that the company has sold out of Fivfingers :(. I want them now :(

Be extra careful of your toes. Just remember you have zero protection should you stub your feet on anything or should anything fall. Lots of grip though.

Baby jesus would be wailing if he read the last page, if he ever made sense of it.
:D

Slightly pulled a muscle in my lower back today doing deadlifts :'( I just cant hack the heavy weights while cutting, will need at least 2 weeks to recover from deadlifts. Feeling quite drained today in the gym too without any jack3d.

Had a fairly big refill on some oatcakes, lots of chicken, some yoghurt coated nuts and some cake though :p.

Dropped to ~87kg from ~94 on new years too.

Great session today.

Deads; 10x60, 10x60 (warmup), 10x80, 10x100, 5x100, 5x100
T-bar row using oly bar: 10 x 40, 10 x 40 (warmup), 10 x 45, 10x45, 10x45,
Seated row: couple of warmup sets, 3 working sets of 10x60kg

Back is killed. I know the weight isn't that impressive but I made sure that they were bang on in terms of form and mind-muscle.

Diet:

Oats and casein
WW bread and whey
Smoked almonds
Malto shake and whey (PWO)
Sweet potato, chicken, turkey bacon and a slice of bread
some more nuts shortly
uark before bed

YUM.

Mini rant:

Why do people who have just started at the gym need to publicise the fact?

'Just back from the gym...knackered.'
'So tired from the gym...feel amazing though'
'Just necking a protein shake. Part of my life'

STFU and get on with it. See you there in August. Actually, no, I won't, will I?

Have you been doing other exercises that don't involved shoulder movements? Seems like recovery is coming along nicely.

Not yet, im doing these for a couple of weeks every day, then going to slowly start adding other exercises, if i start getting pain, ill step back a notch. :)

Rather take my time than go at it too quickly and just cause myself more damage :(...Which is annoying as i really want to get on with things! Fed up of looking like i do
