I've been seeing an increase in people wearing lifting belts for bicep curls these days.. clearly they have no core strength despite the many variations of situps they do.
 
I'm afraid that isn't me, it's some pro-trainer (That's what PT stands for yeah?) or something...

Anyway, his jaw line isn't as pronounced as mine so it's defo not me.

Can anyone reccomend a decent leg routine? Did legs last night for the first time in 6 months (pulled my hamstring, it's OK now, today I'm in absolute DOMs agony :p)

I did;

- Squats
- Romanian DL
- Leg press
- HS Curls
- Quad raises on the seated thingy
- Calve extensions

Did something right as today is horrendous just getting up and down stairs! Time to make my legs catch up with the rest of my body!
 
Get some lunges in I guess, probably remove the curls / presses, up to you mind, depends how the training is going.

Oh and I know what PT means ;)
 
started skipping for hte first time ever a couple of weeks ago.... just starting to get past the "*$%%* £%**£$%!!" part.
