What's all this sissy talk of cutting! Stop crying and lift big ass weights and eat like a beast :)
 
Bulking and getting big is easy, cutting down and being ripped whilst maintaining mass is hard. Stop being lazy and cut :p

Lunges / Reverse lunges...

If i'm doing 3x8...Would you do 8 reps on each leg per set? Or 4 reps on each leg per set?
