I'm fairly certain I told you on FB what I was doing Delvis :p

Mmmmm, cheesecake. All I'm striving for at the minute is to undo a lot of the damage I did in my last post-cut binge. Stacking on 10kg in around a month was never gonna be a good idea.... But one month in, I've already cut down 5kg, abs are coming back through and centre line in my pecs is visible again, so already after one month I'm way happier with myself and how I look!
 
Probably, my minds pretty crap at the moment for various reasons.

I'm steadily gaining weight, although somehow I lost weight last week which confused me, just need to monitor it this week and see how it goes.
 
As long as the trend is pwards, don't worry about a one-off result. Could've just been flushed of any water you normally carry for whatever reason.
